Oceanz by Danube is a new project in Dubai Maritime City. It’s being created by Danube Properties, known for Elitz by Danube, Fahionz by Danube and Viewz by Danube. Oceanz by Danube will be appreciated by people who value their comfort and wish to live in one of the most developing destinations in Dubai. The project is planned to be completed in Q1 2027.

The project consists of two B+G+6P+44 floor towers. Oceanz by Danube will feature interiors and luxury furnishing from Tonino Lamborghini Casa (TLC), inspired by the brand’s automotive and mechanical heritage. The interiors will be done in a white, gold and blue colour palette.

Among the 280 residences on offer will be studios, 1-bedroom presidential suites and 2-3 bedroom apartments with living areas ranging from 429 sq. ft to 1,893 sq. ft. An office will be present in presidential suites, while 3-bedroom apartments will also come with a maid’s room.
